If you need to make changes to multiple titles at once, like updating names, descriptions, or tags, Audiorista makes it easy using a CSV file.
This method is suitable for managing large batches of content without editing each title one by one.
📌 Note: This feature does not upload new audio or video files. It only updates the metadata of existing titles.
Start with an exported CSV (recommended)
Start by downloading a file with all your current titles. This file shows how everything is formatted, so your updates go smoothly.
How to export:
- Click the Add Title dropdown.
- Select Export CSV.
- Audiorista will create a CSV file with all your current titles and their metadata.
- You can save this file for backup or to use it for updating the titles later.
Tip: Always keep the same column structure from the exported file to ensure your updates are processed correctly.
Edit the CSV file
Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool. You can now edit titles, descriptions, tags, and more.
Update Titles using a CSV file
Once you’ve made your changes:
- Go back to the Add Title dropdown.
- Select Upload CSV.
- Select your edited file. Note: Note that the file format has to be CSV, and depending on your spreadsheet editor, you might need to export to CSV for creating the file instead of merely saving it.
- ✅ A confirmation message will appear once your file is uploaded successfully.
- Your changes will then be reflected in the dashboard. For example:
