The Members section in the Audiorista Dashboard is your central hub for managing your app’s audience. From searching and editing profiles to assigning permissions and inviting new users, everything you need is in one place.
Members section
Users who sign up to your app can be administered in the Audiorista Dashboard's Engagement section.
In Engagement > Members, you can manage individual users.
What you can do:
🔎 Search & lookup
Use this section to quickly find members using the search function. You can search by either email address or ID.
The system will display the member’s profile, and you’ll be able to view their details directly in the dashboard.
This makes it quick to resolve support requests, check purchase history, or verify entitlements.
👤 View & edit details
Every member profile provides a central hub of information. Within a profile, you can:
-
Update profile data: followed tags, permission levels, and remote track access.
-
Add internal notes: Add internal notes about the user.
🛡 Permissions
Permissions define what each member can see inside your app.
- Assign levels like Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
- Control which layouts, carousels, ie, premium content are accessible to them.
- Adjust permissions manually in the dashboard or automate them via API or Zapier.
This gives you flexible control over how different user segments experience your app.
🎧 Remote tracks
Remote tracks let you assign or revoke one-off items like a single audiobook.
- Add or remove tracks directly from a member’s profile.
- Use the Remote Tracks Library in the Menu Editor to make these items visible in the app.
⚙️ Push Notifications
-
Send push notifications (Business Plan or higher) to reach users directly.
👥 Groups
On the Business Plan or higher, you can organize members into Groups.
Groups allow you to structure audiences—such as by tier, company, or region—and manage them collectively.
Invitation flow
- Create a group with the settings you want.
- Click Invite members and paste email addresses (one per line).
- (Optional) Select Send password-reset emails to created users.
- Without a reset email → users must request a reset inside the app before logging in.
-
With reset email → users receive a link, set their password, and log in directly.
Submit the form, and the new members will be created.
👉 With these features, you can manage your audience seamlessly and ensure every member gets the right experience in your app.
