Who can cancel through the dashboard?
Only users on Demo or Lite plans can cancel their subscription directly through the dashboard.
If you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, your subscription includes a custom agreement and must be managed through your account manager.
How to cancel your Demo or Lite plan
To cancel your subscription:

Log in to your Audiorista Dashboard and go to Settings

Select General Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You’ll still have access until then.
Business and Enterprise users
If you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, please reach out to your account manager to make changes or cancel your subscription. These plans are managed through direct agreements and cannot be changed through the dashboard.

What happens after cancellation
- You’ll continue to have access to your account and features until the end of your billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew after that date.
You can restart or upgrade your subscription anytime from your dashboard (if eligible).
