1. How to cancel an App Store subscription
If you're subscribed via our iOS app (iPhone/iPad), you can unsubscribe from within the app, or via your Apple Account.
From within the app:
- Go to the Settings screen
- Tap the Subscription section (if you have a running subscription, it should say "Member")
- Tap the Cancel subscription button
- Don't see this button? See below
- Complete the cancellation by following the steps

2. How to cancel a Google Play subscription
If you're subscribed via our Android app, you can unsubscribe from within the app, or via Google Play.
From within the app:
- Go to the Settings screen
- Tap the Subscription section (if you have a running subscription, it should say "Member")
- Tap the Cancel subscription button
- Don't see this button? See below
- Complete the cancellation by following the steps

3. How to cancel a web subscription
If you're subscribed using a credit card, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to our web page
- Log in with your account details
- Click Settings
- Click Manage subscription to go to the Customer Portal in Stripe (our payment provider)

4. If you're unsure which platform you're subscribed via
You can only cancel a subscription via the platform that you originally subscribed on. When cancelling from within the app, the description usually indicates whether you are on the right platform or not. Ex.

Depending on how long you've been subscribed, you should find one or several invoices from us, sent via the relevant subscription provider (App Store, Google Play or Stripe for web). These invoices will also include links to the relevant subscription management page.
