4. Click Forgot password?
5. Enter your email
6. Click Send
7. Check your inbox

Android app

1. Open the app
2. Click Continue
3. Enter your email
4. Click Next
5. Click Trouble signing in?
6. Click Send
7. Check your inbox

Web

1. Navigate to our web page
2. Click Log in
3. Click Forgot password?
4. Enter your email
5. Click Send
6. Check your inbox
